Just 2 blocks from the beach and quaint Main Ave, this ideal location is only a quick 10 min walk from the vibrant Asbury Park boardwalk & footbridge to Cookman Ave. Experience all the area has to offer, or stay in and cook dinner in your kitchen. Either way, you'll leave wanting nothing from the Jersey Shore's premier vacation destination. Please message us with general questions or inquiries and we will respond within 24 hours. Existing and arriving guests that require immediate assistance should call our hotline which is included with our check-in / welcome messages and posted in our lobby. Emergent voice messages will be returned promptly by our staff. The Space: Apartment 10 is a cozy, 2nd floor, corner unit facing West. It received a recent facelift including new hardwood floors. Queen-size bed sleeps 2\. Table and chair for light meals. Kitchenette has all the basics and Full size bathroom has tub/shower combo Guest Access: This is a second floor unit requiring stairs for access. Guests will be provided with check-in instructions and a personal keycode 3 days prior to and the day of arrival. Upon check-in time, your keycode will activate. Simply enter the code into the keypad on the house front door and room door, and then press the button at the bottom of the keypad. You will need to complete this sequence before the backlight of the keypad times out. \*\*\*Please note, guests that did NOT book via Airbnb will need to complete our Rental Agreement prior to receiving their check-in instructions\*\*\* Due to our meticulous cleaning standards, early check-ins or late check-outs can only be accommodated based on our turnover schedule. Our location offers unparalleled access to everything that makes the Jersey Shore so special AND the ability to access the train to NYC with a 14 minute walk. Getting Around: We're in walking distance to everything. The beach, the boardwalk, live music venues, hundreds of restaurants, bars and shops are all only a few minutes away. We're also approximately 1/2 mile to the train station with access to NYC or a 30 minute Uber ride to the NYC Ferry. Other Things to Note: Quiet hours are strictly enforced: 10PM - 8AM. Beach passes can be purchased at a discounted rate using the QR code displayed in the lobby. We have a strictly enforced "No Unregistered Pets" policy. We allow 1 dog (less than 30LB) per unit for an additional cleaning fee of $100. Please be advised that interior hallways and exterior porches are monitored by video surveillance and noise monitoring systems.
