Centrally located, just 2 blocks from the beach and Main Ave, it's a quick 10 min walk to Asbury Park's lively boardwalk and Cookman Ave. Experience the best of the area or enjoy cooking in your kitchen. Leave with unforgettable memories from the premier vacation destination along the Jersey Shore. The Space: Small Studio corner unit on the second floor with ocean view, Full bed, private bathroom, and full eat-in kitchen. Guest Access: Second floor unit, requires stairs for access. Guests will be provided with check-in instructions and a personal keycode 3 days prior to and the day of arrival. Upon check-in time, your keycode will activate. Simply enter the code into the keypad on the house front door and room door, and then press the button at the bottom of the keypad. You will need to complete this sequence before the backlight of the keypad times out. \*\*\*Please note, guests that did NOT book via Airbnb will need to complete our Rental Agreement prior to receiving their check-in instructions\*\*\* Due to our meticulous cleaning standards, early check-ins or late check-outs can only be accommodated based on our turnover schedule. We're also approximately 1/2 mile to the train station with access to NYC or a 30 minute Uber ride to the NYC Ferry. Other Things to Note: Quiet hours are strictly enforced: 10PM - 8AM. Beach passes can be purchased at a discounted rate using the QR code displayed in the lobby. We have a strictly enforced "No Unregistered Pets" policy. We allow 1 dog (less than 30LB) per unit for an additional cleaning fee of $100. It was centrally located- the best thing was it was located one block from Days Ice Cream shop! The bedroom was redecorated - I was disappointed as I liked the orange chair and striped curtains that was shown in the initial pictures on VRBO. Because there were no drapes, just blinds, by 6:30 am the room was lit up by the sun even with the blinds down. Also we had to bring the step stool into the bathroom to see ourselves in the mirror- we both are 5’2” and could only see our foreheads in the mirror!
