"Great VIP suite but no access to streaming services via my own account. Bar and cafe were poor and the food choices minimal and taste awful. Bar closes at 9pm which is ridiculous. Timeshare presentation was a hard sell and not a great experience. Otherwise our stay was comfortable and excellent bed etc "

"We were very happy with our stay at the resort. This is a non smoking resort. There was an issue with neighboring guests smoking cigarettes. I contacted the front desk and it was handled quickly. The only thing I would say that could be updated is the bed in our bedroom. It was very squeaky. Other than that, the view from our room was breathtaking! Staff was excellent! "

"The unit was disgusting. The walls had chucks of missing paint and stains all over. The bedding was old, yellowed and stained. Mattresses were stained and ripped. The furniture was wrecked, stained, broken and the lamps didn’t work. Ac had a moldy odor. I would not stay here again if it was free."
