Ocean Cove

Don’t do it. This is not my personal opinion. This was a shared value on my floor and in general visitors who stayed at the time I did. I went there in May. It’s nice outside. The hotel is in extreme heater. Nobody knows why. You can’t control it. You share your bathroom and toilet with the whole floor. I never saw anyone cleaning, the flush had a trick to it to work. I had no other choice, paid 1500 bucks for three nights during AI summit and fifa happening at the same time. First of all there is no real staff in the building. Staff at the other building didn’t speak English but he was nice. But I don’t speak Spanish so I couldn’t get the answers I wanted. The one shower on the entire floor had handsoap instead of shower gel. HOT. I think I mentioned that. Nobody knows why. A lot of regrets were shared with my fellow neighbors up and down the stairs. We all agreed. Don’t do it.

Love this hotel..... newly renovated, great location, beautiful rooms, staff is exceptional. Love the bar and restaurant....a little tight and the martinis could be bigger but a class act! Highly recommend!
