The newly remodeled kitchen (2023) is equipped with new appliances and everything you need to fix a quick bite or a full family dinner. Enjoy coffee at the snack bar or a dinner in the dining area enclosed by glass windows with a beautiful Ocean view. Relax in the Living Area with Free WiFi and TV or bask in the salty ocean breeze and lovely views from your private balcony. Capri 407 comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths. Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed and full bath with walk-in shower across the hall. Bedroom 2 has 2 full size beds and attached Full Bath with Shower/Tub Combo. Each bedroom has a TV. Additional sleeping space is available on a queen-size sleeper in the living area. A Washer/Dryer is available in the unit. The Capri is a premier oceanfront property featuring a number of amenities including indoor glass-enclosed Olympic sized pool, well-equipped fitness room, saunas, tennis court, large game room with indoor basketball hoop, and a library. A huge oceanfront deck leads to the beach. One assigned parking space. No smoking and no pets.
