Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Dock details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We had the perfect spot to view The sunrise and sunset. Sadly, when we arrived our keypad code did not work. Called the help line and was helped quickly and given the key lockbox code and had to use the key for the week instead of the key pad, no biggie. The A/C doesn’t go below 70, which isn’t so refreshing on the hotter days. The worst part was the garbage cans. They definitely need a good soak, or maybe even replaced. You can definitely tell the place is only for renters and to get one group out and the next in as quickly as possible. They TV in the guest rooms cord was missing and didn’t work. The master bedroom had a broken bottom dresser drawer that was just screwed shut. If you’re looking for a place to just sleep in and go, it worked.
