It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. The house itself is a great family house with lots of room for multiple families. The house has lots of beds, and is right on the bay. Our kids enjoyed the game room and docks! It is a little too far to walk to the beach, but a very quick drive. There were some issues that could have been taken care of in a timely manner by vacasa, but they were not. The floors, counters, and table were filthy and sticky, there was hair in the shower, and one bed had stained sheets. The kitchen drawers and utensils were dirty and had crumbs in them. The coffee maker had coffee grounds left in it. Also, the tv remotes had missing batteries, and most tvs did not work. We had a hard time connecting to the Wi-Fi until we found the username and password ourselves, but it was not the one provided. Vacasa did not even return my call until our second to last day, customer service just kept telling me that a ticket was created. This house has lots of potential to be the perfect stay, so I am hoping the Vacasa staff can get it together for families in the future. ##### Rhiannon G.
