Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Security camera details: Camelot has outdoor cameras for the common areas. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). It had alot of closet space, plenty of seating throughout, and comfy balcony furniture. Having 2 bathrooms is always a plus for us. There are luggage carts to help get your stuff to and from. It's nice to have 2 parking spaces that are easy to get in and out of. There is a pool and tennis courts and easy access to the beach with an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space to relax. The kitchen was thoughtfully supplied, which made it easy to prepare meals without needing much else. You could tell the homeowners put care into the space. We appreciated the quiet surroundings and the overall ease of settling in. Condo is spacious. Only the hallway is a little tight with the luggage cart, so watch how you pack it! Good water pressure and hot water! Could definitely use black-out curtains in the bedrooms. Queen bed was on a low frame, basically sleeping on the floor. Thin mattress added to the discomfort. No coffee table by couch in TV room.
