Sovereign Seas 203 is an upgraded 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with nice decorator touches! Enjoy a great ocean view from the furnished balcony on convenient 37th street. Just steps from the beach. Walk to shops and dining from this great location. This property rents Saturday to Saturday all season. Bed sizes include 1 king, 2 queen beds and a queen sleep sofa. Property has a Keurig coffee maker. There is Cable in the living room and primary bedroom, 2nd bedroom has a smart TV. Guests provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. Unit also provides a washer and dryer for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
Non-smoking, Non-vaping. No pets, please.
