In this convenient, middle-floor location, you'll enjoy easy access to the building's elevators on your way to the beach each morning. At the end of the day, you'll be greeted back home by TVs, free high-speed WiFi, a full-size washer/dryer, dining space, and room-darkening blinds and curtains in all the bedrooms. There's even a beach locker on the ground floor available for your use. The Sea Terrace is a uniquely designed, oceanfront building in midtown Ocean City, with grounds that include a heated beachfront swimming pool, a sundeck, deck tennis, and direct access to the golden sand beach out back. Coastal Highway - the main thoroughfare that runs north to south through Ocean City and is lined with restaurants, casual eateries, nightlife, shops, markets, miniature golf courses, and other sources of entertainment - is less than a block west. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is two miles north, while the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk awaits just over four miles south. THINGS TO KNOW A $10.00 per night cash non-refundable building registration fee is due at Sea Terrace. This covers parking for one vehicle. Please ensure any necessary permit is displayed at all times. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 8. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. We spent the whole four days lounging, reading, and quilting. We talked, shared stories, and relaxed. I cooked for my friend’s and we hit Longboards for lunch. We couldn’t have had a better time. We loved Tony! We all love coffee and brought our own Starbucks but got to the place and found a Kurig, Tony brought us a brand new coffee maker! Then we realized none of us had a hair dryer, an hour later Tony brought us a brand new hair dryer! No blankets there 2 hours later, Tony brought us white down comforters! Our stay felt roomy, and we all had plenty of personal space. Large closets and plenty of hangers were supplied. An iron & ironing board are provided. The beds were all a little hard/firm, and the twin beds squeak quite a bit. The balcony was wonderful though! It was difficult to navigate where the storage locker was located, and we would have appreciated if we were given instructions on which storage room your unit is located in, as there are seven different storage rooms. Also, they should specify how the storage room lock on the door, doesn't ever unlock, and once you turn the key to the door, you must use force to actually push the door open. Our room could have been cleaned a little better, there was a foul odor from under the kitchen sink, a large spider web inside the condo in the rails of the sliding glass door to the balcony, thick dust on the ceilings in the kitchen, and dark fingerprints on the bathroom wall. There was a chase lounge on the balcony, but it had a missing bolt, and the recliner did not work properly. However, it was really a wonderful stay & we did enjoy how close to the beach and the busline we were. All rooms have their own TV and extra blankets are supplied. The pool was nice & warm, and the neighbors were all very friendly. ##### Candi S. It was amazing. We’ve been staying in this condo for 6+ years and the condo is showing some age. We love the bedrooms and living room area. Kitchen is well equipped.
