It's a quick walk to the beach and major grocery store is half the distance to the beach. There was a pool but unfortunately we had no key to get into the pool even after calling the management company. It is about a 15-20 minute drive from the boardwalk, and a short walk up the block to the beach. Stores within walking distance, very convenient.
