Check In/Out Time – You can check in any time after 4pm. Please note we are not able to accommodate early check ins from May-September. Check out is at 11 am. Entry Method - The unit has an electronic lock, so you do not need to go anywhere to pick up keys. The lock code and detailed access instructions are revealed through your booking approximately 3 days prior to check in. LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED - you can rent from a local rental company in town and many will deliver if you do not want to bring your own sheets and towels. With the exception of the sofa beds, each bed has a bedspread and pillows are provided. Kitchen – The kitchen has basic supplies such cups, plates, bowls, utensils, etc. There is a toaster and a standard coffee maker. There is a small set of pots and pans as well. The townhouse has a space open kitchen/living room area. There is a large kitchen island, dining room table, counter stools, a breakfast table and 2 couches to sit on. Washer/Dryer - there is a laundry closet on the kitchen level that contains a washer and dryer Parking/Garage - each unit has its own garage. This unit has a 2 car garage and a parking space behind the unit for a third car. There is additional free parking along 60th Street to the left of the townhome buildings. Wifi - The unit has wifi. The password is provided with the access instructions. TV - Basic cable is provided and each bedroom has a smart TV with ability to connect to your roku device or streaming apps (you need to use your own as these devices/apps are not provided). There is an additional smart tv in the living room as well. The townhouse is conveniently located in central Ocean City providing groups with quick access to attractions in both southern and northern Ocean City. Close attractions include Fager's Island (across the street on the bayside), Seacrets (Ocean City’s most popular nightlife destination is a 4 minute drive or 15 minute walk), Mackeys Bayside Bar & Grill, The Bonfire (buffet), Dead Freddies Island Grill, Dumsers Dairyland (world famous ice cream), several mini golf courses, the Ocean City Convention Center and Ocean City Tennis Center. The boardwalk and Jolly Rogers Theme park are a short drive away. Those who don't want to walk or drive to their destination can take the bus since the bus stop is a short distance from the townhouse. The panel to put in your entry code is a little tricky, but fine once you get the hang of it. Aside from that, the place was great. Very convenient location. 5 min walk to the beach and across the street from a few great restaurants. Ashley was great and responded quickly if we were in need of anything. The condo is fairly utilitarian as far as amenities. No bells or whistles. Lots of little things are broken all over but the important things like applicances and HVAC etc. work fine. If your main goal is to house a lot of people for a very fair price, this is your spot. ##### Brandon R. If you are traveling with someone that will have issues climbing stairs, this is not the house for you. Nice and close to the beach. The floors and countertops were filthy. We had to do a deep clean of the kitchen and all of the bathrooms before use. I suggest investing in a cleaning company. ##### LaKeisha B. Location was good, close to the beach, shops, restaurants. 3 car parking. Ashley, the property manager was responsive to issues. We rented an identical unit 2 years ago in north Ocean City and loved it, so we were looking forward to this one. I was notified the main floor covering was being replaced the day before our check in. When we got there, the floor had been replaced, but no one cleaned up after the installation. There was sawdust and dirt everywhere. My son, daughter in law, and I tried to clean up, but there was no vacuum, the swiffer wet jets did not have solution. I swept as best I could, but it was still dirty. Because the floor had been replaced, the pedestal sink had been moved, but nobody put it back correctly and it was no attached to the wall. The water was not hooked up either. And it was filthy in there. The toilet paper holder had been ripped off the wall and not replaced.When I called Ashley, she had the maintenance guy come 'fix' it. So he put caulking on the back and duct taped it to the wall. Never did turn on the water. The ice maker was not hooked up in the freezer b/c of moving the fridge for the new floor, I guess. The maintenance guy came back to do that, but the ice maker never worked the entire week. thankfully 7-11 was right across the street and we got 2 bags of ice 3 times. The water to the washing machine also was not hooked up, so the guy came back again to fix it, but the machine itself did not work ##### Kay Z. The unit needed a little up date with the kitchen cabinets one draw was glued shut and the corner cabinet hinges were broken so that was taped shut. Not that it was any issue for us it was just something we noticed. Had one small issue w the smoke detector beeping even after we changed the battery. Called property manager and it was fixed in 10 min. Overall the unit is very nice and clean. Would definitely rent it again ##### JODIE D. The positives- Close to the beach, shops within walking distance, never heard any noise from other condos in the same building, people watching from the balcony was amusing at night, big kitchen, bedrooms were spacious, Ashley (property manager) was very helpful, quick to answer questions and got us a new toaster within a few hours. Negatives- cleaning company could do a better job, water pressure in showers not great, kitchen could have been stocked better (example condo sleeps 14, but theres 6 bowls and 5 cups, no can opener). But overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return! ##### Laura B.
