Inside, breakfast prep is easy in your well-equipped kitchen, complete with all the appliances and plenty of counter space. Dine together at the adjacent table, and then head out to explore, or just head to your complex’s shared pool and spend the day working on your tan. Back home, grab a seat on one of the comfortable couches and stream your favorite shows on the TV. Other entertainment options include free high-speed WiFi, along with a DVD player. Drift off to sleep with one perfect vacation day behind you, and another to come tomorrow. THINGS TO KNOW This vacation rental strictly prohibits smoking on-site. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). I called the office number and no one answered. I called the corp number and they asked if I wanted to go on SMS. They said they would have someone call us back and I never heard from anyone. I was sent a code and the code didnt work. Had to call for the code which was only 4 number's and the code I was sent was 9\. The master bedroom bed was hard as a rock and by day 2 my ribs hurt. House wasnt clean. Pool is very small and no where did anyone say we needed a code to get into it but a plain piece of paper with a code on the fridge and we actually thought it was the door code for the house. No it was the pool door code. Very loud building with tight parking spots. House was nicely decorated and looked bigger in the pictures .
