The host’s communication was excellent, answering our questions with speedy response times. The condo was clean, and the check-in/check-out procedures ran smoothly. The main concern we had was with the air conditioner; it just could not keep up with the summer temps outside. Even after a few days when the outdoor temps cooled a bit, we still needed to run the box fan in the back bedroom. Upon arrival, we also notified the host of a constant dripping shower head in the back bedroom. Hopefully, these two items will be fixed for the next renters.
