My only complaint is the carpets were DISGUSTING! So dirty and stained . It's the first thing you see when you walk in and for the price paid , that should be fixed. However the cleanliness was awful. There was soap scum in shower from previous guests. Pink mildew in showers, carpets are stained so bad. Fridge was very gross and not clean. Toilets had pee on the side and back of them. Washer has lots of previous laundry detergent in middle of it. Lots of scuff on the wall needs new paint. Overall very dirty and would not stay again unless it gets a lot cleaner. ##### Marissa M. The place was more than spacious for7 people with lots of seating and sleeping. We didn't have enough pillows we emailed the property manager and brand new pillows and sheets as well as a queen size air mattress were at our door within the hour. The condo was clean the game room was fun for the younger girls. Too bad the indoor pool was closed for repairs. We would definitely recommend this property and would seek it out again. This condo’s location is PERFECT. The view to the beach AND the city was beautiful. The layout of the condo was perfect. Our welcoming sign with our names was such a cute touch. We had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. Beds are so comfy too (such a plus) the building itself has a breakfast/convenience shop. The indoor pool was great to have because it was pretty windy outside. But overall. We alll left feeling like we redeemed ourselves with staying here and getting to enjoy a few days in OC. Would recommended to book with this host and I’ll definitely be back too :) ##### Carms C.
