As you go out to the end of the pier, it drops off to a depth of 45 Ft. and that's where the magic happens. Fisherman "in the know" are commonly seen fishing around this area as it is a notorious hot spot. But for you, just drop your fishing line and enjoy. If fishing isn't your thing, then we still have you covered. This property boasts some of the most amazing views on the water. Sit and enjoy the day as boats come by bringing in their catch to the local marinas. In the evening, sit back and wait for a front row seat to one of the best sunsets on the east coast! Located near 6th street, your family will enjoy the easy access to the boardwalk and all the fun activities it offers. The unit itself has had many updates including flooring, carpeting, painting and TV's but has been able to maintain its Ocean City charm. There is a full kitchen available for those days you want to eat in along with a washer and dryer. The sliding doors and windows invite the relaxing breezes of the bay into the unit and keep it comfy, but AC is available if you need it. My personal favorite part of this house is the dining room table. It was originally designed so that a previous owner could fish directly from the comfort of his home on cold days. The top used to lift up, and he would be able to drop a line down to the water below. Now sealed, it still features a see-through top that allows you to see down into the bay! * This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 1st floor. Islander is not an elevator building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 6th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided.
* The pier is not available to dock boats, jet skis, etc.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
