The location superb! Our only gripes: the cleanliness of the home and the linens. House is beautiful! Public transportation is close and lots I walking distance. Only down side is we had a handicapped person with us in a wheelchair full time, I was told it’s handicapped accessible but you cannot get into the home in a wheel chair. Had an elderly handicapped person with me and just confirming arrangements no one called back. Stayed last year with a different firm had zero issues, House is ok it was just not managed well and again no lock on front door we had to change sleeping accommodations since several were afraid to sleep downstairs. The location is perfect. The grounds are well maintained. Walking distance to alot of shops/restaurants/ocean. Just a few minor issues.: there were linens left from previous stay. Contacted manager, no one came- no big deal. The cleaning service needs to pay attention to details. There were streamers still on the chandelier & walls, wrappers of left in rooms. Needs paint touch-up or wall cleaning since every room has scuff marks on the walls.
