The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW
The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability.
3 TVs with DVD players in living room, primary bedroom and 2nd bedroom.
This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
The den is open without a partition or wall.
Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfectly beachy condo

The condo is beautiful, perfectly beachy! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, and so is the outside closet with all the beach necessities, chairs, sand toys, umbrellas and a beach wagon. It was also nice to have washer and dryer. The condo building offers lots of amenities, great for keeping children entertained. Perfect location too, lots in walking distance. We will be back next year for sure!

Loved the view!

The view was perfect! We had a great view of the ocean, the bay, and the city. The cleaning was far from “expert.” Within minutes of arriving, my child’s bare feet were black and caked with filth. Hair that didn’t belong to us was all over the hall bath wall. We found trash belonging to the previous renters. The king mattress is horrible. We felt every spring! The wi-fi also didn’t really work. We were able to connect when we arrived but then it would disconnect. When trying to put the login information in again, it would tell us the password was incorrect. Aside from those things that can easily be fixed, this was a lovely home for our quick weekend getaway. The bunks in the den were a hit with my children! This building also offers lots of amenities and fun things to do for the entire family.

Awesome Views and Happy Memories

This was a fantastic needed vacation. There were so many amenities than we even got to use. Superb description of unit and staff was everywhere, always working to help or tend to the property.
