Things to know Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Providing the bedding was a nice touch along with a few other amenities. However, the sheets had bluish purple streaks on them, and had to be washed!! Not what we wanted to do on our first day at the beach! Called customer service and they were absolutely no help! We also could not get into the building with the code provided. Customer service's recording told us we had the correct code! Spoke to various owners that told us the code does not work, only the Fob. We had 6 adults and one Fob!
