This is a stylish & spacious 4BR waterfront townhouse where you will make long-lasting memories. Overlooks the canal. Enjoy all fishing & watersports on the bay, access is just steps away from the deck. Garage. Wifi. All essentials included and more.
Walking distance to beach, kids playground, dog park, grocery store and restaurants.
Families welcomed. No HS senior or party groups. Min age 27. Max 2 dogs
The space
Townhouse has 3 floors
Top floor consists of 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed, tv & private master bath, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom has a twin/full bunk bed. Full bathroom in hallway.
Middle level has kitchen, dining and living room, laundry (no detergent provided) & half bath. Balcony and street exit (front door)
First floor, ground level is the “4th bedroom/entertainment area”- It includes a full bath, pullout couch and mini bar, you can access garage and bottom deck from here.

No linens or towels included. Please bring your own.
Beach car, beach umbrella, boogie boards, cooler & sand toys included.
Fully stocked kitchen: Keurig, coffee maker, tea kettle, waffle maker, electric griddle, crockpot, oven toaster, toaster, blender, dinnerware, silverware, cups, children dinnerware.
