One of our most popular listings! Stunning condo with 5 bedrooms and 4 and 1/2 baths. Located ocean block on 54th street for super convenience, third floor with an elevator. This property rents Saturday-Saturday. This property features a large living area, dining area and full kitchen with all new furnishings. Bed sizes include a king in the primary bedroom, a queen in bedroom 2, 3 and 4 and a bunk bed with a trundle in bedroom 5, to sleep a family of up to 11\. A TV in the living area and in the primary bedroom and WIFI. Streaming TV/ Netflix. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. Very large, clean unit with plenty of space for family. Bedrooms are tucked back away from living room so that babies sleeping did not hear noise. Great veranda area where we could sit outside and visit with other family members who also stayed in the building. I'd bring your own comforters as they were a little worn down, but that happens when a place is popular. And it is a bummer that one of the queen en suite bathrooms is only a tub and toilet, no shower. Guest in that room could not use tub due to mobility issues. The property manager had to send more silverware, there was only a set for five people and the pieces were tiny. Two of the bedspreads we're dirty on the underside. There needs to be a protocol for washing/rotating these. I also had to buy a decent frying pan, it took me over an hour to get stuck eggs off of the one provided.
