Perfectly clean and very well stocked. The location was great. We typically drove to the beach because the condo is bayside and on 125th, but the beach is very walkable. The pool was right next to our place. The whole place was beautiful, clean, and updated. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Definitely will stay here again. We love it. The place is clean. The kitchen is updated and very nice. The place has hard flooring, so a lot easier to clean and it feels very fresh in there. It is right next to the pool, so an easy walk. The pool is very enjoyable and equipped with umbrellas, chairs, and chaise lounges. The owner is very responsive and helpful. With easy access to the pool, which felt like a private pool, to the quiet area (despite the ideal park location) and the views of the fireworks, this is a keeper. We also loved all the basics on site, without full cabinets. First condo we've stayed where there was great closet space, plenty of room to unpack AND thank you for having laundry bags/baskets! We also loved the bathroom cabinets had baskets to not "muck" up the drawers. We may adopt this at home to keep things neater! ##### Danielle D. Honestly the only complaint was the cleanliness could have been a little better. Upon arriving and unpacking everything I discovered hairs on the floor, long black hair, which I do not have and there was still sand in some places. The drains in the shower in the main bathroom was very slow as well as all the bathroom sinks. Other than that I would defieintly recommend to others. ##### theresa c.
