This four-bedroom, three- bathroom townhome has two east facing furnished balconies overlooking a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. It is the perfect place to call home for a week at the beach! The comfortable living room is furnished with a sectional sofa along with a matching arm chair, and a 47-inch smart TV. Right off the living room is a large dining area. The sliding glass doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Next to the dining area is a fully-stocked kitchen with a wide counter top to prepare fun family meals. The second-floor bedroom is right off the kitchen and has a twin XL bed, a full bed, and a smart TV. The top floor master bedroom has a king-size bed, smart TV, private bathroom, large walk-in closet, and a private balcony. Check in was easy, provided ID and was handed an envelope with the keys, parking passes and next year rental form. Check-in was 5-10 minutes, very quick and efficient.
