This well-maintained condo is truly an oceanfront paradise, offering flatscreen TVs (with a great cable package that includes HBO and most premium channels), a strong WiFi network, Hunter Douglas Palm Beach sliders and vertiglides, and Telescope patio furniture. On the grounds of the oceanfront Meridian, enjoy access to a large outdoor pool and the beach right downstairs. In this part of midtown Ocean City, you'll be just about a block from the Ocean City Tennis Center and the Assawoman Bay Bridge and within blocks of popular restaurants, beachy eateries, great shops, all sorts of nightlife, and every convenience you could want or need. Things to Know Full kitchen This condo is located in the east tower No pets and no smoking Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Security camera details: lobby/elevator area Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
