Beach is within 100 feet! LARGE 3 bedroom Ocean Block condo in the Severn 1 building on the first floor in North Ocean City. This condo has sleeping for 9, 2 full bathrooms, a large kitchen and also has a large private front patio to relax. You you are only steps on the beach for early morning walks to watch the sunrise as well as evening strolls to relax. This is the perfect condo for large families that has beach items for your use. The kitchen is fully stocked to make all your meals or just walk to the various restaurant's if you would like to go out. Come and bring your swim suits for an amazing vacation where you can park your car and never have to drive for the rest of your vacation. This condo has easy access to the beach bus that is only $4 per person that will take you down to the downtown Ocean city area to the boardwalk. Our condo is proudly hosted by Sheppard Realty Rentals a local rental company that is local and ready to make this the best vacation ever! We do not supply sheets or bath towels but we would be happy to set up a linen drop for $10 per person for your entire stay.
