When the weather is cooperating, head out to the large, furnished deck where you can dine al fresco at one of the picnic tables. Additional amenities available at this condo include complimentary internet access, central air conditioning, and a private washer/dryer to help you keep that laundry under control during your stay. Things to Know Assigned parking space is only accessible by driving under the 6 foot building clearance. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2. Security camera details: There is a doorbell camera monitoring the front door and front deck. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. We brought along our 11month old baby for his first ever 4th of July week and having the beach right in front of us made it easy and convenient to enjoy. The condo put out some really nice AC especially in the hot summer days . After coming in from a walk it was nice to be able to walk into a cool area. The bed was extremely comfortable, the extra sofas can be converted into beds for additional guests. Overall great experience and I would definitely stay again. ##### andrew m. Loved the location and it was great to have a king bed, which was comfortable. The space worked well for our family of 2 adults and 2 younger children (ages 8 & 5). The outside water hose to wash off sand from the beach needs a socket wrench type key, which was not in the unit and after notifying the rental company, it was never provided to us. We found other ways to remove sand but that was an inconvenience we did not expect for a beach rental (we reported the missing hose key again at check-out but the chances are very slim for the issue to be resolved based on my checkout experience). The dryer overheats quickly which means you need to run very small loads and if it stops running, it takes about 60 minutes to cool off before it will work again. It mainly happened when we washed our towels, so we limited the wash to 1 towel with other clothes or 2 towels on their own.
