The washer/dryer was super helpful simply to dry towels from the beach. The move theater gave a rest from everyone to get out of the room at no cost. Grocery stores, Wawa, and restaurants very close. Some Neighbors were friendly, the town is so welcoming, this place can accommodate everyone’s wishes, pools, movie theater, arcade. However, here is a couple of things that needs attention. I lost the Email with all the instructions to get into the premises, it vanished, I couldn’t find it in any of my folders, the property management employee Lance was rude, why call yourself a property manager when it will take you 1 hr to get to a computer to provide me the keypad code. I called twice the 24/7 management and finally got someone! I freaked out at my 1st attempt bc I was sent to a voicemail that stated we’re not available, By the way Lance never called me to assure I was in. Kitchen needs TLC, assure the utensils, cups are properly clean, it’s fine I washed everything I used. While I was at the court yard on Sunday night someone threw a water ballon at me from one the upper floors, apparently this is not the 1st time it’s done to people, the personal at the parking booth and property management dept is aware of this offender that stays there for the summer. If you want the name and apt # feel free to contact me. Maintenance guy was super friendly, he tried to fix the leak that led to one of the guest bedrooms, but by the time I left some of the leak was past the closet. I understand this is unpredictable, and now thinking back nobody called to ck if it had stopped. I like to stay positive and only take the beautiful memories with me ##### Zelena S.
