Kitchen and all appliances, tile floors, living room furniture, dining area furniture flat screen TV, and paint were all part of renovation. The condo sleeps 6 comfortably. The Master and third bedroom have brand new Queen size beds. Condo features bayside and ocean side views from large balconies. Ocean side balcony is also accessible from the master bedroom. The 12th floor views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Bay are spectacular! We do not allow pets. Smoking is prohibited in the unit or on balconies. We only rent to families and responsible adults over the age of 25. Master Bedroom: one queen bed (Ocean view), private bath (full), access to ocean side balcony Bedroom 2: two twin beds Bedroom 3: one queen bed with access to bay side balcony What you need to bring: 1) Bed linens (two sets for queen, two sets twin) 2) Bath towels 3) Bath soap, shampoo and toiletries 4) Beach and swim towels Building amenities: Beach access via rear of lobby. Lovely lg rooms off two balconies, and bunk rooms for kids. Two baths recently remodeled. Clean and well maintained and furnished. We had a great time at this VRBO. One recommendation would be to furnish linens( we had no queen size sheets) brought king. Plus figure out why grout is popping out of tile floor in a few areas. The property is much more impressive in person than in the pictures online. There was a problem when we arrived. The cleaning people had had an emergency and could not clean the place. I messaged the property manager and he sent someone to the condo to clean up. They did a fabulous job! You can't beat the location. You wake up and go to sleep to the sound of the ocean. The listing is accurate and the condo is a great size. The private entryway made for a terrific and secure drop point before entering the residence. The condo was well stocked with basic amenities and a few extras. Owners are quick to response and very helpful. We would stay here again and would recommend it to others. ##### Luciano G. The host was very prompt in communicating with us when we had issues.
