This lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath getaway has been recently renovated with many upgrades from the beautiful kitchen to modern baths this is a wonderful vacation spot to kick back and relax! Upon entering this 3rd floor condo you will be welcomed into an open floor plan with large living dining and kitchen area. The simple and sleek living area offers seating for 6 with queen and twin sleep sofas large wall mounted TV and access to your private balcony with ocean views. Off of the living area is a high-top table seating for 4 guests. The dining area open up to a beautifully renovated and well-appointed kitchen perfect for dining in during your stay! You will also find 2 spacious bedrooms each with ocean views. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom offers guests 2 twin beds and 2 twin rollaway beds and plenty of closet space. The Quay is a highly desirable oceanfront building located on 107th Street offers indoor & outdoor heated pools ping pong room arcade room saunas in both public restrooms on the second floor and a deli for breakfast and lunch open seasonally! \*There is a required $100 Quay Amenity Fee due upon arrival, payable by credit card at security. The parking situation was a little strange when we checked in. We did not realize that we would have to pay for extra cars.
