All doors were off hinges in the kitchen and bedrooms. Door handle on the king room is coming unscrewed. Black scuff marks on walls. Dust on ceiling around vents. Handles on kitchen pantry were filthy. The area rugs don’t look like they’ve been washed in a long time. Filter trap in dryer … couldn’t tell the last time that was emptied either.
