This beautifully updated 2-bedroom condo is situated just two blocks from the beach and the iconic boardwalk. Minimum age to book: 18 The condo sleeps 6 to 8 people comfortably, ensuring ample space for families or groups of friends seeking a memorable beach getaway. Bedding: Bedroom 1: - 1 king size bed Bedroom 2: - 1 queen size bed and 2 single size beds Livingroom: - sleep sofa Dotted with a fully loaded kitchen, featuring modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals, 2 porches, each furnished with outdoor tables and comfortable seating, high-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV. For added convenience, a coin-operated washer/dryer is available within the community. Also, you'll find an outdoor community pool and one assigned parking space. To get a parking pass: Each guest will need to contact Mike Newton An email will be sent to you after booking. Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for all the pillows and a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest).
