Georgetown by the Sea 309 is a cute condominium located directly on the bay water. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Georgetown by the Sea 309 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The cozy living room is furnished with a comfy sleeper sofa, a matching loveseat and armchair, and has cable television. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area are the fully-stocked kitchen and laundry area. The bayfront master bedroom has a King bed, a cable television, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has Queen, and a smart television. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This well-maintained condo is located in a quiet residential area away from the noise and traffic yet convenient to everything. It's a short 3-minute drive and 15-minute walk to the beach.

Georgetown by the Sea 309 has the following amenities: three air conditioning units, one assigned parking space, a fishing pier, three SMART TVs, WiFi, a stack washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, and a dishwasher.

Loved Shoreline; loved the unit; very, very clean

We were very pleased with our stay. The management company, Shoreline Properties, was easy to work with and very pleasant in all our transactions. I was absolutely impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. We have stayed in other VRBO units many times and have rarely found this high level of cleanliness. That may be due to the fact that we had to leave the unit according to certain specs (put dishes in dishwasher and run; remove all trash; re-make the bed; leave all linens in a bag.) That allowed the cleaning crew to concentrate on cleaning the unit. This unit was also very comfortable. It was nicely decorated. Loved the location in the north part of Ocean City. Loved being directly on the bay. And it was a quiet location and quiet unit. Overall very pleased!
