This home has everything you need to have the quintessential OCMD vacation. Also very close to Fenwick Island and Bethany. You’ll want to make this your yearly beach vacation spot!

The outdoor covered deck living area provides an ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. This space can accommodate your whole crew for breakfast, lunch, dinner, games, or some good old-fashioned OC people-watching. With plenty of seating, you'll use this outdoor space from sunup to well after sundown.   
  
Inside, you'll find a comfortably-appointed living room, dining room (with space for 6), kitchen , washer and dryer, primary suite with a queen-sized bed and a renovated bathroom, two guest rooms with full-sized beds and a queen bed, and a guest bath and a tub-shower combo.

This property is managed by a small, female-owned business - we're obsessed with the guest experience and aim to make sure your stay is top-notch.   
  
Note: There is a camera on the exterior of this property for security purposes. The camera is pointed at the front entry.   
We use Noiseaware noise monitoring to ensure our guests are not breaking Ocean City's noise ordinance.   
  
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

#### Wonderful Vacation!

We had a great stay this past week. The condo was just as described and pictured. The location is so convenient to all the beach has to offer. Even the neighbors were terrific. We will definitely stay again.
