At this oceanfront resort, you'll have views of both the Atlantic and Assawoman Bay, direct beach access downstairs, and fantastic on-site amenities - from swimming pools to tennis courts. Sea Watch is an oceanfront high-rise located on the north side of Ocean City, with resort-style grounds that include indoor and outdoor pools, a kids' splash pad, a fitness center, saunas, tennis courts, a game room, a playground, a movie theater, and an ice cream shop. As it backs up to Coastal Highway, Sea Watch is close to all sorts of restaurants, eateries, shops, and sources of entertainment, including 58-acre Northside Park just one mile north. It's a lovely spot for morning coffee, alfresco breakfasts, and colorful sunsets over the bay. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V, of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 13. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The beds were comfortable, unit clean and had adaquate dishware. Refrigerator is older and had one door shelf missing which we reported to management.view is of the pools with the ocean in the background. Location to elevator great as the unit was straight off the elevator. The key code to the door is long and you have to put the numbers in really fast or it won’t unlock. It took us 3 or 4 tries to get the door open at first but we leaned quickly to be fast with the numbers.one recommendation would be to have a couple beach chairs available. We have rented here for years and all the other units provided beach chairs. We prefer to rent from the owner but this unit is rented by a management company. Communication with the company was lacking at times. But all in all this is a great unit. ##### Clare W.
