Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' A beautiful North Ocean City townhouse on the beach, the house has two oceanfront decks as well as a bayside deck off the back bedroom - perfect for catching the late afternoon sun. The main deck off the living room has a table with dining space for eight, two lounges, and a separate seating area. From this deck are steps with double railings leading down to a lower beach access deck with a bar, outdoor shower, and fenced area for children to play. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided. Outside spotlights illuminate the beach-level deck for evening enjoyment. (Each of the other decks is also illuminated for safety and enjoyment.) The living room is equipped with a large sectional with a recliner and internet access and a lounge chair (also with internet access). All rooms have individual remote-controlled air -conditioning systems to accommodate personal comfort preferences. If you just want to feel the ocean breeze and listen to the waves, the doors can be opened to enjoy all the sensations of beach living. WiFi, internet, Netflix, and other cable stations are provided at no additional expense. Televisions are in the living room and all bedrooms. Double railings and gates are on each staircase for safety. The upstairs bathroom is equipped with handlebars, and hair dryers are provided in each bathroom. A full, separate dining room with a large family table is off of the kitchen. A new washer/dryer is located on the entrance level. Comfortable and convenient, this home away from home offers you the best of both worlds: a quiet, N. Ocean City setting, but with all of the resort's fun and excitement right at your fingertips. Many great shops, activities, and restaurants within walking distance, including Phillips Seafood, Ponzetti's Pizza, Lost Treasure Golf, Sun & Surf Cinema, Fenwick Island Lighthouse, and more! Beautiful Northside Park (126th St. ) is also about 10 minutes away, which hosts hundreds of events throughout the year and features a bayfront fishing pier, playground, ball fields, and picnic area. All of this and just a short drive or bus ride from the Ocean City Boardwalk. THINGS TO KNOW Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). This townhouse was in the perfect beach location, and had amazing views from both decks. Super easy access directly out the back to the beach. We had perfect weather, no crowds to bother with even though it was bike week, the beach front was almost empty, we could set up anytime and anywhere on the beach. There is plenty of street parking for additional vehicles. The parking space allotment is supposed to be for 2 vehicles but we had two F150's and there was no way we could park both trucks in the spaces. Although dogs are not permitted on the beach until October 1st we were able to sneak him out there during odd hours such as first thing in the morning or late at night. The small sand yard is adequate for a dog to be able to walk around while outside and yet fenced in. We would definitely book there again. Lovely views and excellent location. ##### Nancy C. The small backyard was perfect for our dogs to do their business, and is steps from the beach. The beds were surprisingly comfortable for a vacation home. Plenty of silverware, and some spices to get you started. Of course, north OC is a great location in general, but the short walk to food, activities and shopping from this place is particularly well-suited for vacation stays. The only issue we ran into is that the place, like many in OC, is fairly dated in its look and feel. There is no central air, and the wall units are loud, but work well. The place was very clean, and in good condition. The o... The location was perfect, and so peaceful. The place was very clean, and in good condition. The only issue we encountered was with the front door lock. However, they had 24/7 maintenance and had someone out to the property within 24 hours. It turned out to be an all day fix, but no major disruption in our vacation. We would definitely stay there again.
