HAVE TO WALK THROUGH BEDROOM 4 TO GET TO PYRAMID BUNK. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) House looks to be renovated. However, the floors were not mopped properly when we first entered the house. Sand traces still found. Even though 2 parking lot was advertised. Could not find the second one Trash cans were already half filled when first checked in. Dishwasher was not operable. Had to clean up all the dishes by hands which was quite tiresome No host contact found in vacasa.
