THINGS TO KNOW Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) It’s well maintained and in a neighborhood with stores and restaurants very close. There was a problem with the linen supplier and we had to go buy sheets and towels. They indicated we would be credited for it but had not been credited 4 days later when we checked out. Just hope it doesn’t turn into an issue to get paid. Overall it was good but a few things were disappointing. It’s advertised as having cable tv. Unfortunately it is only basic cable so many channels like CNN, MSNBC, Bravo, etc are not available.Only local networks and PBS. The door locking system requires a very long numerical access code so everyone in your party must carry a code with them. Very cumbersome. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great location and we liked the condo. There were two things that put a damper on things. The one shower was broke when we got there so everyone had to share one bathroom. Also the water was never on outside to spray the sand off our feet.
