The remote control batteries in the living room died and we swapped them out with the batteries in remote from 2nd bedroom. We got a late check out and the cleaning service still showed up early- not good communication with Vacasa and the cleaning service. Drips on cabinets in kitchen, burnt out lightbulb in front lamp where entering. Nice indoor pool- hot tub and sauna/shower. Other than that nothing else nice to say. Condo was otherwise dirty and NOT cleaned. Doors stuck, coffee table was sticky, dust everywhere. I killed a live bug in the frontroom that appeared to be a bedbug. Other dead bugs in the cabinet , on the kitchen light screen and on the floor. The condo was in serious need of a painting and scuff marks and chips on the walls. I contacted vacasa and they initially said that would send over an inspector. That never happened. Bifold door to the washer dryer was also off it’s track . The blinds to the second bedroom not only were too narrow but too thin. One could see into the bedroom from outside. We ended up putting a beach towel over the window for privacy. Dresser drawer knob came off because the screw was stripped when I tried opening the drawer. Mold in the bathroom shower. The burners on the stove we’re not level, made cooking on the stove a challenge. The mattresses were low grade in second bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Its in the perfect location on the beach with a beautiful view on the 14th floor. It’s close to the grocery stores with a short drive to the boardwalk. The kitchen is fully equipped. The provided linens were soft and clean. The rooms were very clean and smelled clean. There is someone available at all hours through Vacasa. The master bath and other full bath were very nice which is hard to appreciate in pictures due to the dim lighting. Something to keep in mind is that there is no ramp access to the beach from the building or from the pool. If you have a stroller/wagon like us it could take some finagling but that being said we would stay there again in a heart beat. ##### Nicole S.
