Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Streaming services are available at this home with your own account. From May 15-September 30, guests must pay a $35 non-refundable building registration fee at check-in. An additional $35.00 is required for a second car, and space is available on a first-come-first-served basis. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 5. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The room had the appropriate amount of beds and the appliances were in working order. The bedding and decorations were outdated but appropriate for the beach. The actually building is being renovated and the apartment is dated hopefully will update the appliances when they building is remodeled. The cleanliness was our biggest issue. It looked like someone tried to clean but it was not well done we had to clean the kitchen ourselves prior to use and bathroom was questionable. I am not sure if that was the owner or just the cleaning service. Overall we enjoyed our vacation and would love to return to Ocean city again. ##### Marva B. Bathroom had hair in places and LR carpet was not clean. 3- Laundry from the previous stay was left out in front of the door all weekend. 4- View was good. Parking spaces not numerical so u drive six rows trying to find assigned spot. Vscasa management offered no solution so we moved out less than 24 hours and booked ourselves into carosel hotel! Terriable customer service by Vscasa. We looked online an Vscasa had many listings available and could have found relocation. There was mold in unit, frig had no light and not cold, deck had two chairs but we were six people? Do NOT rent this unit until it’s renovated and all furniture and beds replaced! Do NOT rent! Don’t rent if Vscasa is management because they will not help you!!! They send great text canned responses!!! With no help! You are on your own! Disgusting place! The condo is rundown and outdated. Microwave was broken, freezer didn’t make ice, laundry door was broken and no towel rack up in the one bathroom and broken in the other. Beds are not very comfortable. The sliding door lets in wind along with a terrible sound when the wind blows. Finally needs all new furnishings. Feels grubby and curtain situation is not good. One other plus… the cleaning crew did a good job. ##### Darla H. From a partner site ### 2/10 Terrible #### Ann-Marie Z. 5 Dec 2023 #### Poor quality Very outdated; multiple appliances didn't work; light bulbs burnt out; closet door falling off tracks; microwave didn't work; ice maker didn't work; bed mattresses very old and uncomfortable; no screens on the windows; shower heads felt like jet streams; broken window panes; linoleum floors stained yellow; towel racks broken in bathrooms; dryer took multiple cycles to dry laundry.
