This condo features free high-speed WiFi, large porcelain floor tiles throughout, and a chic kitchen with granite countertops, a granite island, beautiful wood cabinetry, and attractive subway tiles. Other amenities include central air conditioning, a washer/dryer, and two bathrooms with tiled walls and shower floors. The Plaza Condominiums is an oceanfront property in midtown Ocean City, with grounds that include indoor and outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, a half-acre sundeck, a hot tub, a sauna, an oceanfront lounge, and an outdoor bar and grill come summertime. In this wonderful location, you'll be close to all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife in the surrounding blocks of Coastal Highway. Head less than two miles north to Northside Park or two miles further to Fenwick Island, or go south for the day to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk (approximately four miles south). We really enjoyed our stay with all the accommodations it had (clean sheets, towels, dish soap, dish sponge, garbage bags, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, etc). Than you must see another office in lobby of building for parking pass. We had trouble accessing unit because electronic lock did not fully open. Building manager gave me spare key and Vacasa sent a handyman to fix lock. Unit is decorated nicely and was fairly clean. Vents needed dusting. Views were incredible. There are even bay views fromt the front. Building is dated and could use renovations. The amenities were plentiful. There was even a bar and restaurant with live band on weekends.
