This oceanfront condo is a wonderful home base for beach-goers in Ocean City, allowing you to hop on an elevator at the end of the day to be greeted by cool air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and gorgeous views. There's a full kitchen where you can prepare appetizers and homemade meals, a shaded balcony on which to enjoy them, and flatscreen TVs in the living room and bedrooms for your evening entertainment. The Pyramid is an Ocean City landmark, offering a unique architectural design and a prime location on the beachfront. Enjoy an outdoor swimming pool and an oceanfront deck on the grounds, as well as easy access to a shopping center and public tennis courts directly across the street. Here on Coastal Highway, you'll be within blocks of all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is less than two miles north, while Fenwick Island is just over three miles north across the Delaware state line. THINGS TO KNOW A $40 registration fee is due at check-in at Pyramid building year-round. The fee Includes use of on-site amenities and one (1) parking space. No smoking. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 11. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Rooms are big but bathrooms a little small. Cooking utensils, dishwasher, washer and dryer were all great. It was always easy to catch an elevator without waiting long. Location of property and the pool area was beautiful. The only complaint was the rooms were not vacuumed before our stay. We have stayed in this unit each year for the past 4 years and have watched it decline. The location and building is great but the unit needs updates. The sofa needs replaced. It made a terrible sound when you sat down and the kitchen needs to be restocked (if you're not planning to cook, it's ok but lacked some of the basics). The AC wasn't very cold and the TV remotes are in bad shape and were missing batteries. One nice feature, was the addition of bed linens and bath towels. The Vacasa management was quick to act on some of the issues, so that was helpful. I would probably stay here again but it was disappointing to see the decline of the unit. ##### Stacey R.
