Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking please (including on the oceanfront balconies and in other common areas) Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. Front balcony is lovely has table for dining overlooking the ocean and pool. Perfect for those who like to spend time outside without going down to the beach The beds are very firm. The mattress on the sofa bed in the living room wasn't comfortable. Kitchen is small good for only one person at a time. Back bedroom was hot and the fan didn't work (which I found out when leaving). There was an issue that was upsetting but addressed quickly by management. Beautiful sunsets from bayside balcony each evening. Sadly not much space for renters to store grocery items. No ice maker and no ice cube trays. We were very fortunate to have had a beautiful week for the beach. Thanks to the Security Staff, Owner, and VRBO and Vascasa for making our stay a nice one. ##### Anita G.
