    When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a minimum $35 fee.

    Guests are required to report any cleanliness concerns within one (1) hour of arrival. Reports made after this window has passed will not be eligible for refunds or remediation related to the initial condition of the unit.

    Cancellation Policy:
    If you cancel at least 7 days before check in, you'll receive a 50% refund. If you cancel with 7 days of check in, no refund will be sent.

Very nice place with great views. This host obviously cares about the experience their guests have. Condo was well stocked with convenience items. Photos were accurate to the condition of the property and the check-in process was easy. The sliders on the balcony allowed us to still take in the views while being shielded from the inclement weather. We would definitely stay again.

This place is absolutely amazing. The beach is *right* there. When you're out on the balcony, you may as well be sitting at the beach. My family and I are already looking at the calendar and seeing when we can schedule another stay.

While the property was great, the host was really excellent. Great and timely communication, and it just made everything super easy. We had to chat back and forth on some minor things, but you can tell he really cares about his guests and their experience. It would be a no brainer to stay here again given beach access, property quality and such a great host team.

Property was clean and comfy. Great view of the ocean. Bed was super comfy to me. Just like at home. Elevator didnt work for one of the days we were there but we were only on the 2nd floor so stairs werent bad. Beach access on either side of the building. Overall it was a very nice stay and a reasonable price for off seasonThanks so much.
