Streaming is available using your own accounts. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The view of the water from the oversized dining table on the balcony was a treat. The condo's kitchen has everything you need to cook for your family. The beds were firm if that's your thing - a little too firm for me, but we still slept well. The place has older decor and a few stains, but was clean and sanitary. Security guards were friendly and helpful. Condo was very spacious and generally clean. Decor was dated, master bathtub needs replacement. Stained, non-slip stickers on tub were dirty and half off and the shower curtain was stained. Towels provided were of very poor quality and were not absorbent at all. M.) and the cleaning person let themselves in at 9:55 A.M. After explaining that we would be gone by 2, she let herself in again at 12\. Also, I stopped in at the rental office at 12:30 and they said the room was not ready but someone would call me when it was ready. No one ever called, I went back at 4:45, they said of course it’s ready!
