Whether you are enjoying the electric fireplace, the breathtaking ocean views, or are using the shared on-site amenities, you will have plenty of fun! These amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, a game room, movie theater, tennis courts, and a gym, so no one will be bored on this trip! Plus, you are only a short walk from the beach, so spend your days on the sand and take a deep breath of salty air. During your stay here in Ocean City, you will be conveniently located to great restaurants that are all within walking distance from this spectacular condo! Explore Ocean City and all it has to offer but be sure to top your day off at the Famous Ocean City Boardwalk for a full day of fun. Trimper's Rides is another great choice for amusement for the whole family. Exploring the coastline is always a great way to find some of your own favorite spots as well, so rent a few bicycles and cruise by the water like a local! Located in Ocean City, The Sea Watch offers guests everything a vacationer could want. Relax at the beach or enjoy the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a complimentary movie theater, a billiard room, a fitness facility, saunas, a game room, a snack and soda shop, a playground, and a beautiful interior courtyard, plus basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for guests’ convenience. THINGS TO KNOW Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. The den is open without a partition or wall. The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

It has: Very nice furniture thru out the unit The beds are very comfortable The entire unit is very clean Great view of the ocean as well as the swimming pool The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans,etc I highly recommend renting this unit.

Great Place - Great Location

My family had a lovely stay at Sea Watch, a condominium perfectly situated in the heart of Ocean City and with lots of great amenities itself. Our condo was as close to the beach as it gets, being both low to the ground and right on the beach. The condo had everything one would need while actually in it! Multiple beds, multiple full bathrooms, DirecTV, WiFi, lots of TVs, a kitchen, a laundry room, and beach gear to borrow. We highly recommend!

Gem on the beach

The unit is well equipped with all that we needed for our stay. We appreciated the washer and dryer and items available for use in the laundry room. The Sea Watch building employees were very friendly and helpful and keep the grounds and amenities clean and well presented. Vacasa was easy to work with. The beds in the unit were a bit uncomfortable and cleaning staff could stand to clean behind stands and under beds but we were very happy otherwise and the unit is just as pictured. Great location and view of the beach. We loved Ocean City and would not hesitate to book this unit again.

The cleanliness of the condo and the entire community. The amenities are lovely and super close to The Greene Turtle! The furniture needs to be updated, the couch and the chair are so worn and dated it’s like sitting on the floor and the mattress in the second bedroom is saggy as well. The cable did not work in the second bedroom, and the other sitting room has been turned into an open bedroom with two twin beds replacing the proper sitting area.

Exceeded expectations!

Our family had the pleasure to stay in one of the best properties we've rented to date. We entered a spotless and completely bug-free (for a whole week!) condo that met every need we had. Our two small children had a great time exploring and the hotel property had everything we needed to entertain them. The sand playground was an excellent change of scenery while still having sand, and the proximity to the beach was AMAZING. When you have 2 under 3, you have a lot of stuff to carry, so being so close was amazing for the cost. We did have some smelly sheets (I think the laundry, not the cleanliness), and the rental company was prompt in their response and resolution. We had no further issues. Like many other reviews, the beds were not terribly comfortable, but it wasn't a deal breaker. The views, the location, the quiet, and the cleanliness were superb. Will try to stay here again in the future!!!

Met our grandchildren in Ocean City to see the Blue Angels. Unfortunately, the weather was so terrible (cloudy and windy) that the Angels were grounded. The condo we rented was as advertised. It was clean, well furnished and close to the beach.

Beautiful,clean,very well kept property.

No complaints! The dryer didn’t work and the onsite maintenance fixed it after a call to management within an hour. Really nice area, security was great.
