It is very clean and in the perfect location. Right on the boardwalk close enough to shopping, restaurants, and the beach but still a very quiet and serene. The most amazing sunrises and sunsets right from the balcony. And bonus Ann just remodeled one of the bathrooms and it’s top notch! Ann is also sweet and accommodating. We felt safe using the elevator and the parking area was well lit. An assigned parking spot came with the stay and there was plenty of free street parking for other guests. This property had everything we wanted and more! The oceanfront view is amazing! Beautiful decor in condo. The unit is on the second floor and is directly over the boardwalk with an elevator available as well as a luggage cart on the first floor. The kitchen was adequately stocked and large enough. The kitchen has a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. The balcony is probably at least 10 to 12 feet long and 5 feet wide facing the beach. There’s two sliders coming from the living room area and a slider is coming from the master bedroom. The master bedroom is where you see the pink couch in the pictures. So I thought it was really nice that it would be easy to eat out there as there is a table with five chairs. The con would be that the bathrooms were a little small because the condo is an older unit. In the hall bathroom the toilet was very very close to the shower so that may be a little awkward for some people. The couch was deteriorating in the sense that little pieces of of leather would come off but the owner has assured me that they will be replacing it soon.
