Ocean City's Premiere Building
Sea Watch 1118 is a 2 bedroom plus den, two bathroom condo located on the 11th floor on the south side of the building. There is a new king bed in the primary bedroom, a full bed, with new mattress, and bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sleep sofa in the den. It is equipped with a full kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air, 3 flat-screen TV's, 1 DVD & Blu-ray player and free WiFi. Limit of 6 people. Parking for 1 car. During the peak season this property rents for full weeks Saturday to Saturday. Sea Watch has a five-story covered parking garage with no assigned spaces. Handicapped spaces are on every floor closest to the elevator. The clearance height is 7’. The is a vehicle registration fee of $75.00 (cash or card) per vehicle from May 1 through September 30.
