Ocean City's Premiere Building

Sea Watch 1313 is a 2 bedroom plus enclosed den, two bathroom condo located on the 13th floor on the south side of the building. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, queen in the guest bedroom, 2 twin in the den, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. It is equipped with a full kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air, 3 flat screen TV’s, 2 DVD players, and WiFi. Limit of 8 people. Parking for 1 car. During the peak season this property rents for full weeks only from Saturday to Saturday. During the off-season, flex stays are available with a 3-night minimum. Sea Watch has a five-story covered parking garage with no assigned spaces. Handicapped spaces are on every floor closest to the elevator. The clearance height is 7’. The is a vehicle registration fee of $75.00 (cash or card) per vehicle from May 1 through September 30.

Great location and view. Property needs work.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice location. Great view. Property needs some work. Dishwasher is falling apart. blinds broken. Single beds creaked and had heavy, winter blankets on them. Master bathroom shower curtain too short and either soaks the bathroom floor or sticks to your legs, which is gross.

A friendly suggestion, the owners could put very little money into this unit to offer some important improvements: ~Rental sleeps 8 while the unit has about 10 forks. ~The unit sleeps 10 but gives 2 sets of keys - PLEASE upgrade to a key pad. the In-person check-in is an inconvenience and an insult - Century 21 stated they want to "see" who they're renting to. You have a signed legally binding agreement-that should be enough. ~No bath mat in master bathroom ~Bed comforters were at least 10 years old. ~Invest in some decent cooking supplies and a 9x13 pan. ~Invest in a Keurig.Like I said, the unit is great and the location is perfect. For very little money the renting experience could be greatly improved. I will say, the black out curtains and the 4 inch mattress topper was a nice perk in the master bedroom.

Seawatch Unit 1313 Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was the worst experience I’ve ever had staying at the Seawatch. I’ve stayed at the Seawatch in different units approximately 10 times since 2008. This unit needs A LOT of work done to it!! The screen on the living room door came off the track 2 times while we were there. The mattresses on the beds are horrible!! They are extremely low and very very soft and worn out. They then have the cheapest foam mattress toppers on top of them that I’ve ever seen. They are in need of replacement! I had to visit my chiropractor 3 times since returning home! The bathrooms are very old and need updating. The shower unit in the master bathroom is all stained due to being so old and the cold water faucet kept dripping. The shower unit is cracked and taped on the bottom! The carpet in the bedrooms is very old and stained and dirty. The racks inside the dishwasher are rusty and broken in several places. Some of the silverware had rust on it, I’m assuming from the dishwasher. The refrigerator froze all our food, even when turning the setting down. The lock on the entry door to the unit kept sticking. We had a terrible time when locking and unlocking the door. The laundry room floor was full of sand on our arrival and there were beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and firewood thrown all over the floor. We could barely access the washer/dryer. I had to clean and organize the laundry room before doing laundry. This was our worst experience ever on any vacation.
