Ocean City MD Midtown Ocean Block Studio Condo with Pool

1st floor studio condo on 62nd St in Ocean City, MD. Private pool, 1 block from beach. Kitchen, 1 bath, Direct TV. Queen Murphy bed and a twin pullout bed. 300 square feet. Sleeps 2 comfortably. Beach chairs and other amenities included. Laundry facilities on premises. Adult (over 25) guests only. Guests are responsible to clean the unit upon departure. Cleaning supplies will be in the unit. You must provide your own sheets and linens. Check in is 4:00PM; Check out is 11:00AM. You will need to provide your email so we can send you a lease which must be signed and returned and a $500 refundable security deposit is also required. Read House Rules, Damage and Incidentals and Important Information sections below before booking.

Wonderful week in OC

The place is very well kept. Very nice and reasonably priced place for two adults and two small children if necessary. Only downside is that the room does not have a bedroom and the queen bed folds down in the living room with a love seat sleep sofa next to it. Not being in the room very often it worked out well for me. Nice swimming pool and not too far from midtown Ocean City. The owners are very nice and communicate very well when you have questions. Would definitely rent again.
