Enjoy the large, open living area that leads to your private ocean view balcony. The kitchen has recent upgrades including granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. For your morning coffee fix, the condo is equipped with a Keurig coffee machine, microwave, and basic cooking essentials, making it easy to start your day. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a queen sized sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. You can enjoy streaming your favorite shows (with your login credentials) on the 75 in. Smart TV in the living room and the Smart TVs in each bedroom. You'll have two parking spaces, one assigned under cover and the other unassigned. Stay comfortable year-round with central air conditioning and heating, and enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. This condo is on the third floor and the building has an elevator. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $110\.
